Ciara Turns It Up

It seems that the Ciara finally found her niche to finally release her delayed album, “Basic Instinct”. Ciara decided to get a little help from Usher himself, in order to create the hot pop track “Turn It Up”. “Basic Instinct” is slated for release on December 14, 2010, just in time for the holidays. Lets just hope Ciara sticks to the plan and gives her fans this one gift.
