What’s your definition of confidence? My definition of confidence is the idea of one getting to a point where they can feel so secure with their imperfections. As humans, we are always going to be insecure about something. Confidence is the ability to have all the attributes that enhance your spirit (not limited to physical features) to shine through boldly in the most uncomfortable moments.
Have you ever had body image issues? No, I don’t think I ever experienced a body image issue or at least at the severity of other people. There is always going to be things people will like to change about their bodies (which is normal). In the past, I’ve been told that I was “really skinny,” but I don’t think I could consider that enough for me to have an image issue. However, I did agree I could be bigger, so I’ve been active in the gym for the past three years LOL.
