What’s your definition of confidence? My definition of confidence is being able to own who you are 100 percent even your flaws. When you know yourself entirely; and still manage to love yourself through the good, bad, and ugly, There’s nothing that no one can say to you to make you feel inadequate. Knowing yourself, loving yourself defines confidence for me.
Have you ever had body image issues? Not severe body issues, but I always saw room to improve physically. I’ve always been the skinny kid LOL, so when I discovered the gym, I became obsessed with getting bigger. Even though I’m a perfectionist, I can say that I’m now content with being lean and in shape.
