What’s your definition of confidence? To me, confidence is being comfortable in your own skin regardless of what other people say about you. Having the courage to do what you believe in even though others might not agree. At the end of the day, all that matters is how you see yourself.
Have you ever had body image issues? Yes of course! In high school, I was extremely skinny and was always comparing myself to guys much bigger and stronger than me, which made me feel so inferior. I was a very late bloomer and didn’t start to train hard until after high school. I think it’s always good to go through that awkward phase in life. It happens to all of us, and it just goes to show that things DO get better.
