Rap star Drake is no stranger to a major win at a casino. He frequently posts screenshots of his bets and wins on his Instagram. These are wins that often include six and seven-figure sums, most recently his astounding win on a World Cup wager. The rapper made headlines with this one: a wager of approximately $770,000 on Canada to advance over South Africa. The potential payout was $1,001,000, but when Canada did take the match, Drake ended up taking home a profit of $231,000. Drake was trading playful banter with world-renowned South African DJ Black Coffee, saying, “@realblackcoffee was chirping in the DM I had to raise the STAKES.”
Drake has a long history of sports betting and even partners with a betting platform. Over the years, he’s placed a number of attention-grabbing wagers on all kinds of sporting action from UFC title fights to more soccer to the NBA Finals and boxing matches.

This is an unexpected one to say the least. It seems that Seth Rogen is weirdly good at pottery, and we all want to know more. One might think that Rogen took up the hobby for the same reason that many people started obsessively making sourdough or reading tarot during quarantine: boredom. But no, not our Seth. He claims he had a different reason altogether and that his hobby kicked off before the stay-at-home orders went into effect: that he simply needed a better ashtray to hold his…cigarettes. When Rogen couldn’t find exactly what he wanted, he decided to make something that fit the bill.
It began with ashtrays, then bud vases and bowls. Then COVID hit, and Rogen was showing off his handmade soap dispenser. Next, he revealed that he’d had a home kiln installed (named Brat Pitt, by the way, because it’s hot) and began posting his creations and detailing how ceramic glazes work and why they’re so difficult to master. Even a voter turnout appeal he posted features his homemade ceramics: a snap of a vase with a c caption reading” I made this. Please, for the love of God, vote.”
Rogen has undeniable skill: from trippy, 70s-style pieces and colours to “more money than taste” pieces to purely functional and muted items. Will he be leaving acting to become a potter? Only time will tell.

Another surprising pair is Mila Kunis—a talented actress often referred to as one of the most beautiful women in the world— and the massively popular MMO World of WarCraft. Now this isn’t to say it’s surprising that famous, talented, good-looking people play video games— far from it. The public just had no idea, until Kinus first mentioned her WOW addiction in an interview some years ago, that she was one of them. Kunis played so much World of Warcraft, at one point, that her agent had to create their own account and would need to log on to the game to track her down.
While Kunis says she no longer dedicates as much time to WOW as she once did, she’s still a dedicated gamer, often playing Call of Duty, Civilization and Mario Party.

This American media personality, YouTuber and singer has enjoyed a career that’s already spanned almost two decades, fueled by her crazed vlogs, music videos and super viral internet dramas. She’s been on Celebrity Big Brother UK and Saturday Night Live and also turned to podcasting with the Frenemies crew. Paytas has evolved, though, and she has one deep obsession that we never saw coming: musical theater and Broadway shows.
Having been a fan of the stage for years, Paytas wasn’t content to simply sit in the audience and watch anymore: she needed to find a way to become one with the experience. And she did: in the form of her Big Broadway Dream. Her 90-minute debut is true to her personality: from inventing Broadway and Diet Coke to understanding gravity and traveling back in time to the 1860s, it’s a wild ride.
Ed Sheeran is Known for Singing, but Did You Know…
He Loves to Paint.
Not only does he sing, play instruments, and act (sort of), but everyone’s favourite ginger also loves to make art. Sheeran’s work is very Jackson Pollock-inspired— lots of splatter, bright colours, and enormous canvases. He began working on these pieces in 2024 when he had time in between shows. Sheeran stated that it was a fun activity and also something that enabled him to give personal gifts to his friends. While he painted for fun, he was invited to do a gallery show in 2025. Aptly titled “Cosmic Carpark Paintings”, the show at Henri Gallery in Soho had a huge turnout, and profits benefited the singer’s charitable foundation.
