Willa Jean New Orleans
Willa Jean, located in the Warehouse District of New Orleans is just minutes away from the historic French Quarter. Raved by the locals, this highly recommended chic restaurant known for their breakfast and brunch did not disappoint.
The open concept decor has exposed brick layered walls, minimalist-inspired design with distressed tabletops. Willa Jean can be enjoyed alone or with friends and family.
Food is love, especially delicious food. I’m a self-proclaimed salad and flatbread pizza aficionado… LOL! The first dish I tried was the Kale Ceasar Salad. It was fresh and filling with a hint of dressing just like I like it. The pumpkin seeds and roasted cauliflower with the shredded pecorino added to the top of the salad elevated my taste palate and left me wanting another serving.

Next, I ordered the Mushroom Flatbread served on a wood cutting board. The flatbread was thin, crispy and full of flavor. I could taste each ingredient in every bite. The flatbread was appetizing and didn’t leave me feeling overstuffed due to the number of ingredients used. Willa Jean has the best flatbread pizza I’ve ever had to date!

I completed my delicious meal with a cup of Turmeric Tea. Though its a seasonal beverage on the menu, I’m glad I had the opportunity to try it. What a beautiful completion of my experience.
